By registering with the cabin lorne Workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions:

Payment - full payment is due at the time of booking.

You can pay by VISA or MasterCard, through our online payment system provided by Stripe.

Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first pay first serve basis.

We encourage early registration in order to confirm your place.

By Visa or MasterCard

Workshops cancellations;

If a participant cancels participation within 14 days of the Workshop date, no refund will be provided.

If a participant cancels participation within 30 days to 15 days of the Workshop date, a refund will be provided of 50%.

If a participant cancels participation 31 days 40% of the fee will be refunded (GST is not refundable.)

All prices are posted in Australian Dollars and are subject to GST.

Limitation of Liability

I acknowledge and agree that the cabin lorne Workshop, in the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well-being of the participants, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, to change times and days of classes such alternatives may be made without liability to the cabin lorne Workshop.

Further, the cabin lorne Workshop, accepts no responsibility for the loss of personal articles and effects, nor for personal accidents, injury or death, nor for losses or additional expense due to delays or damages in transportation or other services, sickness, strikes, war, or warlike conditions, weather or any other causes or for any of the above arising due to participant’s participation in the Workshop.

The cabin lorne Workshop, shall under no circumstances, be liable to any participant for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if it has been apprised of the likelihood of such damages occurring.
