Hi there my name is Maria and I have been lucky enough to be brought up in a cooking family, with many cafes, and restaurants under our belt. Olimpia Bortolotto, my mother is one of Melbourne's matriarch of Melbourne's hospitality scene for 40 years, our restaurants include Bortolotto's and Cecconi's. So I would like to share my tips, I love good honest food, seasonal produce and simple cooking methods, which enhances the flavor of beautifully freshly picked produce.
At the the farm we are committed to sustainable practices and zero waste. We run a bee hive, a hot house and an acre of fruit trees and vegetable patch, growing seasonally, recycling and caring for our land.
